B’fast: High protein bar

Lunch: Fresh turkey breast slices and cucumber on 1 low carb wrap

Dinner: Double cheeseburger with tomato and cucumber on 2 low-carb wraps

Total carbs for today around 32

By lunch time I was steaming hot and hungry like…angry hungry  Then I got really tired and dozed off which made me late for the preparations I have to make for our holiday. Anyway, I survived the day and I have come out the other end feeling chuffed that that I didn’t eat any chocolattteeee! mmmmmm

Got a call from the publishers…..(sharp intake of breath as I lifted the receiver)…They are sending me new author copies that have been rectified by the publishing department for Amazon & B&N. Fingers crossed these will be in better shape than the previous one. I could print better pictures on my home printer :o)

Had someone telling me off on my FB page earlier. Wanted to know why I’m not advertising on my site. It’s true, I should be. I do things at my own pace and I don’t do things just for the money but I need to get into and out of the vision. I have done that and I am now going forward with advertising kitchen utensils/cookware/bakeware etc., as well as other things but this is the first project. Keep visiting my site and you may see it…sooner rather than later.

Lunch: pulled pork in bbq sauce

Dinner: Spanish egg white omelet with mixed salad and 2 low-carb wraps

Snack: 1 low-carb chocolate bar

My holiday is a week away and I’ve been good up to now! It’s the usual pattern….1 week before going away, go into panic, be good all week. Why can’t I do that full time 

And no, I didn’t have any chocolate last night. Felt sooo cool and strong  but at the same time I felt a little bit sad cuz it was my fave chocolate

Lunch: Bowl of broccoli cheese soup

Dinner: Chicken breast on a bed of bacon & tomato sauce, caesar salad (without croutons), and 2 low-carb wraps

Snack: 1 low-carb chocolate bar

Total carbs for today around 31

Another really low-carb day.

I’m sooo proud   Everyone decided to eat all the leftover chocolate from the freezer. There was English chocolate and high cocoa chocolate…. Well….. I decided to eat a low carb chocolate bar instead and turned my nose up at it.

I am feeling very chuffed at the moment, but we are settling down to watch a film shortly, so watch this space

Really good with the carbs today. A bit low though. Had a bit of a clothes shop and bought new shoes….as girls do. I suppose I didn’t need them but they are soooo neat! And, a skirt that fits! Yes it is a large but not xl or 1x, or 2x etc.

Another badly organized day.

I managed to cook a delicious lamb dinner though. Decided eating from the contents of the freezer was essential as it is absolutely crammed full and found some lamb in the bottom drawer.

Exams for my son are now over and I can sit down and chill
